Labor-Link is a service provided by the NWNM New Farmer Network. Many of our farmers struggle with accessing labor during peak seasons, market days, or handling a large operation. This is why the Labor-Link serves as an important program to facilitate the right match for the worker and the farmer. Once the program coordinator hand selects the right match and facilitates the introduction, the worker and the farmer arrange the work agreements.
